Oversees financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the organization, ensuring that donor funds are managed with transparency and in line with approved financial policies.
Leads external communication and public information for the Governing Body, helping ensure that PY's work, results, and governance decisions are documented and shared clearly.
Brings grassroots community development experience to the Governing Body, helping ground board decisions in the realities of the communities PY serves.
